Warner Bros. Discovery is hiring a Coordinator, Content Operations to play a key role in our global content supply chain. You will ensure the right version of our content reaches the right audience on time by managing case selection across all regions, markets, and partners.

What You'll Do

Select cases for multiple regions across applicable markets for VOD and digital distribution.
Apply required audio/video overrides for localization not required or arriving post-launch.
Triage SNOW tickets assigned to the GCO Global Case Selection and AV Overrides queue.
Build deep knowledge of all WBD supply chains and the lifecycle of a case, educating teams on best practices.
Attend meetings relating to case and override activity, confidently recommending best practices and system improvements.
Methodically update the Case & Override Wiki as required.

What We're Looking For

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to track issues to resolution.
Educated to A Levels standard, or equivalent qualifications.
Skilled in applications such as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel skills to an intermediate level.
An enthusiasm for problem solving.
Desire to take ownership of a set of tasks and responsibilities.
Dynamic approach to work with a willingness to learn new skills.
Clear, calm, and concise communication with colleagues, both verbally and written.
