Nuveen Services LLC is seeking an Education Savings Consultant to proactively raise awareness and provide education about 529 College Savings Plans. In this role, you will educate a variety of stakeholders, from consumers to financial advisors, on plan features and benefits while identifying new opportunities to expand outreach and facilitate the college savings process.

What You'll Do

Educate individuals about 529 Plans and grow the 529 Workplace Savings Program by cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Consult with portfolio managers and financial advisors to develop frameworks for evaluating tuition savings plans.
Analyze the tuition financing market and utilize benchmarks to educate prospects on college savings options.
Gather data on college tuition costs and identify variables that may affect college savings goals.
Organize 529 savings plan materials and present options to clients.
Conduct research and review market analysis reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for 529 college savings solutions.
Travel approximately 25% to support onsite employer meetings, events, and conferences.
Build and manage HR and employer relationships to drive engagement.
Deliver in-person and virtual 529 education sessions.
Proactively generate outreach and networking opportunities.
Serve as the 529 subject matter expert for employers and individuals.

What We're Looking For

University degree preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience required.
Required FINRA Registrations: Series 6 or 7; Series 63.

Nice to Have

3+ years of experience preferred.
3+ years of sales experience.
