Penguin Random House is looking for an Editor with AI affinity to join our team. In this role, you will independently manage customer communication across all channels, crafting personalized correspondence in both German and English to ensure consistent company messaging.
What You'll Do
- Independently answer customer inquiries across all communication channels, such as chatbot, email, and social media.
- Create personalized customer correspondence in the client's tone, in both German and English, aligning it with consistent corporate communication.
- Support and accompany the development of creative concepts using AI tools & technologies.
- Assist in community management and/or social listening.
- Maintain knowledge databases and support workflows and processes for apps, CRM, engagement tools, and chatbots.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed degree in language or communication studies, or a comparable humanities degree.
- A passion for communication.
- Strong interest and good basic understanding of digital topics like artificial intelligence.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English.
- Proficient knowledge of MS-Office.
- Creativity, curiosity, and team spirit.
