Graphite is hiring an Editor

Graphite is looking for an Editor focused on delivering high-quality SEO content. You will work directly with a team of editors in a fast-paced environment, managing writers and ensuring all content meets our rigorous standards.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with a team of editors to deliver high-quality SEO content in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet monthly deliverable deadlines.
• Edit up to 80 articles per month on a variety of topics to ensure grammar, keywords, voice, style, flow, organization, and development.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ style guides, editorial guidelines, and overall SEO expectations.
• Manage 4–5 writers as they each craft 10–20 articles per month.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to writers, emphasizing lifelong learning and growth.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience writing and/or editing articles in a journalism or SEO content setting.
• Strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task/prioritize.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
