What You'll Do
Drive business growth by identifying and securing partnerships with Web3-native and traditional gaming studios across the Americas, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. You'll lead end-to-end onboarding, from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring alignment with decentralized infrastructure goals.
Design and negotiate partnership frameworks that incorporate regional incentives and community engagement strategies. Act as the main liaison for projects integrating into the ZK-powered ecosystem, guiding them through technical and commercial alignment.
Shape go-to-market initiatives by contributing to brand narrative, token utility design, and long-term ecosystem sustainability. Represent the platform at key industry events, developer meetups, and investor showcases to strengthen visibility and network reach.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in Web3 business development, with proven success in ecosystem growth and partnership strategy
- Solid grasp of blockchain gaming, token economics, and decentralized application models
- Familiarity with zero-knowledge proof technology and its role in scalable, secure infrastructure
- Strong negotiation abilities, strategic mindset, and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working at the intersection of traditional gaming and Web3, including understanding of live-ops models, monetization strategies, and developer needs in both spaces.
