What You'll Do
Shape the growth of a cutting-edge innovation ecosystem focused on semiconductor and chiplet technologies, centered in Heilbronn and extending across Europe. You'll identify and cultivate strategic relationships with startups, industrial partners, and research organizations, aligning their capabilities with emerging technological roadmaps in automotive, AI, robotics, and sensing systems.
Design and lead collaborative workshops to define joint value propositions and validate partnership opportunities. Guide external partners through the full engagement cycle—from initial scoping to long-term collaboration—working closely with internal R&D, legal, IP, and program teams to ensure technical and strategic alignment.
Represent the organization at industry forums, academic conferences, and innovation networks, enhancing visibility and strengthening ties across the European deep-tech landscape. Use market intelligence to uncover new growth areas and support the design of governance models that enable effective multi-stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
You hold a Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with a solid grasp of technology innovation and strong business insight. At least five years of experience in ecosystem or partnership development within high-tech or deep-tech environments is essential.
You bring demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor applications, particularly in automotive systems, and familiarity with adjacent domains such as AI, robotics, and sensing. You are comfortable navigating complex, multi-party discussions and thrive on building lasting relationships across diverse organizations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities are a must. You are confident in high-level presentations, operate effectively in cross-functional settings, and have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Fluency in both English and German is required, along with a willingness to travel as needed.
