Ecosystem Growth Manager (AI & DePIN) - Africa
Role Overview
This position is central to scaling a decentralized AI and blockchain infrastructure ecosystem. You will drive supply and demand growth by onboarding GPU compute providers, attracting AI developers, and securing enterprise data collaborations across Africa. Your work will directly address the early-stage challenges of a new Layer-1 blockchain by enabling verifiable inference and decentralized compute capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and integrate GPU clusters, independent data centers, and hardware repurposed for AI workloads.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of high-quality resource providers contributing compute power to the AIVM network.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and coordinate technical integrations with engineering teams.
- Recruit leading AI developers, agent builders, and Web3 protocols seeking decentralized, verifiable inference solutions.
- Advocate for deployment on AIVM over centralized cloud platforms, emphasizing security, cost, and sovereignty.
- Support teams through integration, testing, and Mainnet launch.
- Negotiate partnerships with data availability layers, oracles, enterprise infrastructure, custody providers, and developer tools.
- Strengthen the ecosystem’s enterprise readiness and interoperability through strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to design incentive programs, including grants, acquisition campaigns, and supply-side rewards.
- Prioritize sustainable contributors over short-term participants.
- Act as a liaison between traditional enterprises operating in fiat and the crypto-native AIVM architecture.
- Clarify technical, economic, and compliance requirements to lower adoption barriers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in Web3 business development or ecosystem growth, preferably within a Layer-1, Layer-2, or decentralized infrastructure project.
- Strong grasp of AI fundamentals—especially inference versus training—and blockchain architecture, including H100-class GPU utility and sovereign chain design.
- Established network among node operators, GPU providers, validators, AI developers, and protocol teams.
- Proven ability to lead partnership deals from initial contact to technical integration and Mainnet deployment.
- Self-driven with experience building and managing pipelines in fast-moving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience onboarding compute providers or managing infrastructure supply chains.
- Background supporting enterprise AI deployments or cloud infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with token incentives, ecosystem grants, or reward program design.
- Understanding of modular blockchain stacks, decentralized execution, and verifiable compute layers.

Compensation & Onboarding
Compensation is competitive and paid in fiat via direct deposit on the first business day of each month. Performance-based incentives may apply. Onboarding is managed through an official HR and payroll provider, including employment documentation, tax compliance, KYC verification, and NDA execution. A 90-day probationary period ensures mutual alignment on role fit and long-term contribution.
