About the Role

Provide timely, evidence-based specialty medical advice to primary care clinicians via an electronic consultation system, improving access to care while operating remotely within a scalable health technology framework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical guidance on patient cases referred by primary care providers
• Respond to consultation requests within defined timeframes
• Collaborate with primary care teams to clarify patient information
• Document recommendations clearly and concisely in electronic format
