Responsibilities
- Own the P&Ls for Shopify and TikTok Shop, aiming for $20M+ in combined revenue.
- Build a repeatable growth machine using bundles, paid media, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lifecycle marketing.
- Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of accountability and results.
- Manage high-velocity creative testing, including 100+ ad creatives per week across Meta and TikTok, ensuring performance meets ROAS targets.
- Launch monthly funnel-based offers, optimize sales metrics like CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV, and ensure top-performing product pages.
- Drive email and SMS revenue to 25% of Shopify sales, optimize lifecycle flows and customer retention strategies.
Requirements
- Mission-driven and hands-on leader with experience scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce channels.
- Proven ability to grow ecommerce revenue to $20M+ within 18 months.
- Experience managing P&L for Shopify and TikTok Shop platforms.
- Demonstrated success in building repeatable growth engines using bundles, paid media, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop an ecommerce team.
- Expertise in managing large-scale creative testing (100+ ad creatives weekly) across Meta and TikTok.
- Ability to optimize key sales metrics including conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Experience driving email and SMS revenue to contribute significantly to overall sales (target: 25% of Shopify revenue).
