RETITO GmbH was looking for an E-Mail-Marketing | Customer Retention Manager (m/w/d)

RETITO GmbH is hiring an E-Mail-Marketing | Customer Retention Manager (m/w/d) to manage CRM and email marketing systems, develop result-oriented strategies, and identify growth opportunities for our e-commerce clients. You will join a hybrid consultancy and marketing agency focused on the unique needs of start-ups and scale-ups, with a mid-term path to leadership in the Customer Retention area.

What You'll Do

  • Manage CRM and email marketing systems for clients and serve as the main contact for customer retention.
  • Develop result-oriented strategies to achieve set goals and define appropriate KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPC.
  • Identify unused growth opportunities through data analysis aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with client contacts to build workflows for continuous communication and reactivation.
  • Engage in regular further education, research, and testing of new tools and formats to improve performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of experience in email marketing with tools like Klaviyo, Brevo, or HubSpot.
  • Holistic understanding of online marketing and entrepreneurship.
  • Hands-on experience with customer segmentation.
  • Proven skills in tracking, statistics, and data analysis with GA4 or Looker Studio.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent English language skills.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a fully decentralized, remote team of 1-10 employees, working location-independently. We value occasional in-person meetings for team events and client visits to strengthen connection and collaboration.
