MAILODY GmbH is hiring an E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager to be the central point of contact for clients at our growing email marketing agency. You'll have a direct impact on client growth and profitability by taking full responsibility for strategy, planning, and project coordination.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with online shops in categories like cosmetics, jewelry, supplements, fitness products, and fashion.
- Act as the central interface between clients and the internal team, building strong relationships through regular check-in calls.
- Take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing client projects.
- Lead an operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design, and technical execution.
- Focus primarily on strategy development for email marketing campaigns.
- Implement best practices and send volumes that advance both your work and the company.
- Develop and execute innovative tests with clients, utilizing available technical resources.
- Directly influence the growth rate and profitability of the company's clients.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Email Marketing or CRM.
- Willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Analytical mindset and creativity to interpret data and develop marketing strategies.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Solid English language skills in speaking and writing.
Nice to Have
- Prior knowledge of Klaviyo.
