Fast Progression is looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to drive growth for fast-paced B2C and B2B companies. In this role, you will develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies with a primary focus on Meta & TikTok Ads, working within our boutique agency environment built on trust and partnership.

What You'll Do

Conceive and develop holistic performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies.
Analyze data deeply, create weekly reports, evaluate KPIs, and optimize accounts based on insights.
Work closely with the creative team on the development of new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages.
Present data and actionable recommendations in weekly client calls, then implement those strategies.
Strategically develop client accounts by leveraging internal resources and expertise.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of professional experience in Paid Social Ads.
A holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs, with expert knowledge in the Paid Social domain.
Strong client communication skills, empathy, and quick comprehension.
Excellent self-organization, initiative, and the ability to independently manage complex projects to deliver results.
Experience in professional leadership and mentoring team members.
A deep understanding of tracking and attribution.
