Adhoq, a fast-growing performance advertising startup, is hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to launch and lead our new Affiliate Network. This is a critical role where you will develop the strategy, build key partnerships, and guide the team to drive growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.
Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach.
Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our affiliate program remains competitive and effective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align affiliate initiatives with overall business goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in the affiliate industry.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives.
Highly motivated, energetic, results oriented person with great communication and organizational skills.
Must be a DOER and a self starter.
Very good English writing and communication skills.
Not having a 9 to 5 mentality. Must be available in different times since we work with different timezones.
