Purple Dot Digital Limited is hiring an E-Commerce System Administrator to administer and maintain our e-commerce and customer support systems. This remote role is a key part of our health and wellness company, where you will optimize workflows, manage integrations, and serve as the go-to person for system-related inquiries.

What You'll Do

Administer and maintain e-commerce and customer support systems.
Configure and optimize system settings, workflows, and user access.
Implement and manage system integrations and apps.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Serve as a point of contact for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and integrations.
Perform other system administration tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-driven, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
