Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and hire e-commerce specialists for U.S. organizations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from initial role briefing to final offer discussions.
- Cultivate and manage talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and similar tools.
- Design and implement targeted sourcing plans for various e-commerce functions such as Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, Technology, and Customer Experience.
- Carry out standardized interviews to evaluate technical abilities, alignment with company culture, and business-oriented thinking.
- Collaborate with the People & Compliance unit to facilitate seamless onboarding and documentation processes.
- Monitor key hiring metrics and deliver consistent updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline status.
- Remain informed about evolving e-commerce talent demands, hiring patterns, and salary standards.
