This full-time remote role is central to managing and optimizing e-commerce operations for the US market. As the primary support to the founder, you’ll ensure seamless execution across multiple sales channels, with a strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain product listings across various marketplaces, ensuring content is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Identify gaps or errors in live product availability and take corrective action promptly
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to inform product and service improvements
- Coordinate closely with a third-party logistics provider in New Jersey to resolve fulfillment issues and streamline delivery
- Extract returns data from Mirakl for Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s and process weekly imports into warehouse systems
- Review inventory levels regularly and provide actionable input for restocking decisions
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage communications via sales email and Instagram
- Act as a liaison between the founder and external partners, including agencies, logistics providers, and consultants
- Support marketing initiatives involving digital content, social media, email campaigns, and blog coordination
- Conduct competitive research to guide pricing strategies, product development, and customer experience enhancements
- Explore emerging trends on platforms like Pinterest to generate product ideas
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance trends, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations

Compensation & Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates in LATAM. The monthly compensation ranges from $1,300 to $1,500. The role supports a flexible, virtual work model with an emphasis on immediate impact and personal growth.
