This remote position plays a central role in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations for the U.S. market, reporting directly to the founder. You'll ensure seamless performance across multiple online marketplaces by maintaining accurate product listings, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with third-party logistics partners in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and publish product information across digital sales platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Track customer feedback and reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Manage returns data processing from Mirakl for major department stores and coordinate system updates
- Monitor stock availability and advise on restocking needs based on sales velocity
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming messages via Instagram and shared inboxes
- Act as the main liaison between the founder and external partners, including fulfillment centers and marketing agencies
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and content planning
- Analyze competitor pricing, product offerings, and customer experience strategies
- Research emerging trends on platforms like Pinterest to inform product innovation
- Generate sales reports and translate data into actionable business insights
Technology Environment
You'll work with Mirakl, 3PL warehouse systems, and key retail partners including Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s. Familiarity with Instagram and Pinterest as business tools is essential.
Compensation & Work Setup
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in LATAM, offering a monthly salary of $1,300–$1,500. There is no equity or additional benefits included in this arrangement.
