Officium (BPO) UK Ltd is hiring an E-Commerce Operations Manager to take full, solo ownership of the end-to-end operations of our online store. This is a part-time role with a base salary of ₱25,000 per month plus significant commission potential, ideal for an entrepreneurial, results-driven individual.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the full e-commerce operation solo, with no team.
- Manage Shopify and WooCommerce stores, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute strategies to scale online sales and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and optimize every aspect of the customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
- Analyze data to improve net profit and maximize profitability.
- Identify new opportunities in the beauty e-commerce market.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience scaling e-commerce beauty brands.
- Expert-level proficiency in Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Comfortable managing all aspects of e-commerce independently.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- A proven track record of delivering results with specific numbers.
- Has a minimum internet speed of 25 mbps and owns a working laptop.
