Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer feedback, sales trends, and platform metrics to assess product performance.
- Convert data insights into practical strategies that strengthen product positioning and increase conversion rates.
- Communicate analysis and strategic suggestions to internal decision-makers.
- Track and enhance digital shelf performance, including search rankings, visibility, and market share on e-commerce platforms.
- Detect opportunities to boost product discoverability and purchasing rates across online marketplaces.
- Take ownership of improving product detail pages, including content, layout, and visual elements.
- Work with regional teams to adapt and refine content for local APAC markets.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and regional departments to align initiatives.
- Oversee multiple initiatives and ensure on-time delivery across diverse markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or similar functions.
- Demonstrated experience operating on e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Taobao, Coupang, or Naver.
- Solid analytical capabilities with a focus on deriving data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with stakeholders.
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic, multi-market environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience using digital shelf analytics or consumer insights platforms.
- Background in SEO, content optimization, or performance marketing.
- Proven work across various APAC regions.
