Wizards of the Coast (Skeleton Key studio) is hiring an E-Commerce Manager to drive strategy and growth for our Transformers Trading Cards (TTC) business. In this role, you will formulate medium- and long-term plans, manage key distributor relationships, and expand our fan base to achieve healthy and steady sales growth.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with distributors to formulate TTC business strategy and guide them in creating medium- and long-term plans.
- Build sustainable business models and formulate clear product launch and sales strategies, including annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage distributor sales terminals, including online platforms (Tmall, JD.com) and offline physical stores.
- Formulate annual activity plans, display arrangements, and consumer membership mechanisms for retail terminals to enhance product appeal.
- Lead cross-departmental communication, focusing on end-consumer communication and retail planning.
- Establish the concept and consumption stickiness for the Transformers high-end product line among consumers.
- Communicate directly with platforms to secure promotional resources.
- Set and manage KPIs with distributors and control expenses in sales allowance and A&P.
- Take sales and product forecast initiatives to the channels.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Legal departments to advance project progress.
- Possess keen market insight into consumer feedback and collectible toy trends to extract information that supports business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience.
- Ability to work under pressure with a detail-oriented, accurate, and disciplined approach.
- Openness to learning and agility to change.
- Sound analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Capable of independent thinking and developing solutions.
- Actively listens to and respects the ideas, opinions, and views of others.
- A persuasive, confident, and effective communication style, both verbal and written, for all levels of internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Proactive in external communication.
Nice to Have
- E-commerce or online platform (Tmall/JD) experience.
- Background in the collectible toys market.
