RemoteVA PH is seeking a part-time E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online business operations. This role involves managing online stores with a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies, with potential to transition to full-time.
What You'll Do
- Manage and update online product listings and inventory.
- Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and returns.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and marketing teams.
- Optimize website and product pages for better visibility and conversion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing an online or e-commerce business.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiar with platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or Amazon.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
