- Work with IT and product teams to enhance digital platforms

- Manage relationships with regional stakeholders and commercial teams
- Produce regular performance reports for senior leadership
- Ensure alignment with global e-commerce standards and brand guidelines
- Drive adoption of best practices in digital sales across markets
- Oversee local market adaptations of global campaigns
- Identify training needs for regional e-commerce teams
- Coordinate with revenue management on pricing strategies
- Evaluate third-party distribution performance and recommend actions
- Support crisis management for digital operations when needed
- Promote data privacy and compliance across digital channels
- Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and technologies
- Leverage customer insights to refine digital experiences
