About the Role

Lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to maximize direct bookings and digital performance across the EAMEA region. Collaborate with regional teams to align online sales efforts with business goals and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional e-commerce strategies to increase direct bookings
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize customer acquisition channels
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adapt pricing and promotional tactics
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve website conversion rates
  • Work with IT and product teams to enhance digital platforms
  • Support the rollout of new e-commerce features and functionalities
  • Manage relationships with regional stakeholders and commercial teams
  • Produce regular performance reports for senior leadership
  • Ensure alignment with global e-commerce standards and brand guidelines
  • Drive adoption of best practices in digital sales across markets
  • Oversee local market adaptations of global campaigns
  • Identify training needs for regional e-commerce teams
  • Coordinate with revenue management on pricing strategies
  • Evaluate third-party distribution performance and recommend actions
  • Support crisis management for digital operations when needed
  • Promote data privacy and compliance across digital channels
  • Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and technologies
  • Leverage customer insights to refine digital experiences
  • Contribute to long-term digital transformation roadmaps
