What You'll Do
Support project managers across the full lifecycle of environmental and social due diligence assignments, from initial planning through reporting. Participate in field visits to assess project contexts and contribute to risk assessments. Conduct both primary and secondary research on topics including climate change, human rights, gender, and environmental sustainability. Help compile data, analyze findings, and draft clear, well-structured reports and proposals. Assist with logistics for project teams and contribute to business development by organizing experience summaries and technical profiles.
Requirements
You must be based in Casablanca, Morocco, and able to work in a flexible, collaborative environment. Fluency in both English and French—spoken and written—is required. You should have strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical content, and the judgment to identify risks and suggest practical solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) is essential. Excellent research, writing, and presentation abilities are expected, along with self-motivation and a commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with QGIS is a plus
- Additional language skills, including Arabic, are beneficial
- Currently enrolled in a recognized university or school in Engineering, Social Sciences, Economics, or Environmental Economics
- Demonstrated academic achievement or other notable accomplishments
