What You'll Do
Take ownership of the complete AML/CTF reporting cycle—from identifying suspicious activity to submitting reports and managing follow-ups. Serve as the main contact for regulatory agencies, including SAMA and FIU, coordinating responses to inquiries, inspections, and feedback. Ensure all reporting is accurate, well-documented, and submitted on time to meet compliance standards.
Maintain a centralized, auditable Reporting Register that tracks suspicious transaction reports, regulatory communications, and decisions. Develop and manage management information systems and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into reporting metrics for leadership and oversight bodies. Prepare and deliver high-impact reports and presentations for executives and governance committees, highlighting risk trends and performance indicators.
Act as the central hub across AML functions to align reporting practices and ensure consistency. Analyze regulatory feedback and implement corrective actions to strengthen controls. Identify weaknesses in current processes and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation. Support full audit readiness by ensuring comprehensive documentation and traceability at all times.
Leverage advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to build dynamic reporting tools, automated dashboards, and structured trackers. Use these tools to streamline data analysis, reporting workflows, and executive communication.
