Collins Aerospace (RTX Corporation) is looking for a Dynamics 365 - Customer Engagement Senior Developer to join our team. In this senior role, you will focus on designing, deploying, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Case Management solutions to help achieve operational goals.
What You'll Do
- Envision and document infrastructure and system design specifications using architecture diagrams, wireframes, and other visual documentation.
- Articulate and solve problems related to both system and environmental limitations.
- Partner with customers to identify, deploy, and support packaged and custom-developed solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into a solution design and implement using Digital Technology Standard Work.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform standards and architectural best practices.
- Support highly available, mission-critical customer-facing systems.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or a related technical field and 10+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE); OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of hands-on experience.
- Technical expertise in JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET and/or ASP.NET platforms.
- Technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerPlatform, SQL, SharePoint Online.
- Experience with DevOps and version-controlled solutions (e.g., Visual Studio, Jira, GitHub, CRM SDK).
- Experience with web API.
- Experience managing ETL tools to migrate data between environments (e.g., SSIS, KingswaySoft).
- Experience with PowerBI or fundamentals of other data visualization solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to pick up unfamiliar technology with ease.
- Effective communication in technical to business alignments.
- Ability to compile customer data into easily digestible interactive diagrams and reports.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (e.g., Copilot for Customer Service, prompt configuration, Copilot Studio).
- Strong proficiency in Power Pages (portal configuration and customization).
- Experience integrating D365 CE with Microsoft Dataverse advanced configurations, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management, and external customer portals or omnichannel solutions.
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-230, PL-200, or PL-400.
- Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical customer-facing systems.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to platform standards and architectural best practices.
