Responsibilities
- Guide successful deployments of Dynamics 365 Business Central using proven methodologies and industry standards
- Lead discussions on data migration, collaborate with technical teams on execution, and validate data accuracy through testing
- Collaborate with clients to assess business needs and analyze process gaps
- Plan and facilitate joint design workshops, demonstrate standard system capabilities, and pinpoint operational or technical gaps
- Define project scope and structure based on client business needs
- Translate client needs into functional specifications and documented design plans
- Verify the precision and completeness of requirements and design documentation
- Lead the design, setup, and validation of core Dynamics 365 Business Central components
- Develop innovative solutions to client challenges by leveraging product expertise and industry knowledge
- Proactively identify client needs and flag potential project risks
- Conduct training sessions for client teams
- Estimate task durations and provide expert guidance to peers and cross-functional teams
- Support and guide Associate Consultants and Consultants in their development
- Promote collaboration across diverse roles and project environments
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources, blog creation, and process enhancement initiatives
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all organizational levels and communication formats
- Dedicate time to personal growth through training and independent learning
- Maintain awareness of evolving Microsoft platforms and third-party integrations
- Offer post-deployment assistance when necessary
Compensation
US (USD): $130,500-$164,500 Canada (CAD): C$124,600-C$149,500

- Years of experience are not required to be consecutive
- Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to travel across the United States and Canada for industry events and, as needed, for onsite client, project, delivery, or in-person collaboration at company office locations in Fargo, ND and Minneapolis, MN
- Travel is expected to be up to 25% of the role
