Resend is looking for a DX Engineer (Technical Writer) to join our team. You'll create content that helps developers understand and use our platform while advocating for their needs internally. You’ll work closely with the Developer Experience team to craft our public voice and documentation.

What You'll Do

Write high-quality content, including blog posts, documentation, and tutorials.
Facilitate changelog creation and help the team follow a consistent voice and tone.
Develop demos to showcase the power of React Email and Resend.
Increase brand awareness by keeping our social media channels active.
Plan writing projects that include customer stories and SEO/GEO optimization.
Be customer zero and provide feedback on new features before they are released.

What We're Looking For

You nerd out about clear, precise writing and style guides.
You have 5 years of software engineering or technical documentation experience.
You care deeply about your personal brand and how it's perceived.
You are fluent in writing and speaking English.

Nice to Have

You enjoy doing collabs with other devtool companies.
You have felt the pain of sending email in the past.
You already use Resend in your side projects.
You are an active member in the React/TS/JS community.

You'll join the DX team within a fully remote team of 30 humans. The DX team includes an event organizer and a technical educator.
