TransPerfect is looking for a Dutch<>English<>Spanish Trilingual Interpreter to provide essential remote interpretation services. You will enable clear communication for clients in scenarios like healthcare and finance, playing an irreplaceable role in our mission of global communication.
What You'll Do
- Provide consecutive Over-The-Phone interpretation services remotely.
- Deliver Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services over video calls.
- Act as an advocate for clients to enable effective communication.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service practices and communicate information clearly and accurately.
- Adhere to work requirements and learn new subject matter to service more challenging call types.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in Dutch, English, and Spanish at an above average level.
- Ability to pass a language assessment.
- Bilingual customer service experience.
- Work from Home experience.
- Required work tools: a quiet, private workspace; a Windows or Mac computer (8GB RAM or higher); broadband Internet (25Mbps+); Windows 10 / OS X Yosemite; a 2GHz+ processor; a CPU no more than 5 years old; and a functioning webcam.
