LCH Lab. Corp. of America Holdings is hiring a Cust Svc Support Rep for its Patient Billing Customer Service team. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving billing inquiries and facilitating payments, directly supporting the company's mission to improve healthcare delivery.
What You'll Do
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers.
- Initiate payment plans for patients regarding outstanding balances.
- Utilize multiple resources in real-time to resolve patient inquiries during calls.
- Maintain consistent performance against established goals.
- Become proficient with all processes after completing structured training.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1+ year of work experience.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, or a call center/fast-paced environment.
- Background in a high-volume call environment managing several computer windows simultaneously.
- Prior interaction and communication with patients regarding medical information.

You will join the Patient Billing Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division.

Work Mode
