CROSS BORDER TALENTS is hiring a Dutch Travel Customer Support - Katowice, Poland

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound)
  • Support customers with travel difficulties
  • Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
  • Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the success of our client
  • Dealing with cancellations and refunds

Requirements

  • Dutch C1 and English B2 (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)
  • Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage

Additional Information

  • Salary: 9000 PLN gross monthly
  • 1st contract – probation – 3 months (training is paid from day 1)
