Responsibilities
- Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound)
- Support customers with travel difficulties
- Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
- Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the success of our client
- Dealing with cancellations and refunds
Requirements
- Dutch C1 and English B2 (both spoken and written)
- Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)
- Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage

Work Arrangement
Remote (City/Region) — Katowice, Poland
Additional Information
- Salary: 9000 PLN gross monthly
- 1st contract – probation – 3 months (training is paid from day 1)
