Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant to turn a passion for travel into a career while working in Greece. You will provide exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients, helping them plan memorable travel experiences, with a fully paid relocation package included.

What You'll Do

Engage with Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, assisting with travel inquiries and bookings.
Deliver tailored recommendations on destinations, travel packages, and accommodations to meet client needs.
Craft personalized travel itineraries that reflect the interests and preferences of each client.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring follow-up and personalized service.
Stay current on travel trends and destination insights to provide clients with relevant advice.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
A strong passion for travel and extensive knowledge of popular travel destinations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment.
