Responsibilities
- Assist clients in Dutch with travel planning and itinerary creation

- Provide accurate and timely travel information to customers
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel process
- Collaborate with travel partners to secure best options
- Manage changes and disruptions in travel plans efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and offerings
- Process reservations and confirmations accurately
- Troubleshoot customer issues with empathy and speed
- Support multilingual travelers where Dutch is the primary language
- Work according to schedule within a dynamic travel team
- Adapt quickly to last-minute travel changes
- Uphold company standards in service delivery
