Our Private Family Office is seeking a dedicated Dutch-Speaking Customer Solutions Specialist to provide exceptional support and technical assistance to our Dutch-speaking clientele. You will be the primary point of contact, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues, providing clear, accurate, and timely solutions.
- Keep customers informed by proactively reaching out to update them on their case status.
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and escalate when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with your team to deliver high-quality service and resolve customer concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Strong written and spoken English.
- High school diploma.
- Customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to help people and provide excellent service.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet to resolve issues.
- Organized with the ability to follow up on cases and keep track of details.

- Previous customer service or technical support experience.
