What You'll Do
- Utilize extensive recruitment knowledge to identify, source, and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from writing job descriptions to negotiating offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate progress.
Work Mode
