Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Mechanical Engineer AI Trainer to collaborate on projects that improve Generative AI models, focusing on specialized questions and complex reasoning within Mechanical Engineering. This role lets you apply your professional expertise to shape how AI models understand and communicate in your field.
What You'll Do
- Generate challenging prompts designed to test and train AI models.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated answers.
- Correct and refine the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of professional Mechanical Engineering experience, with a focus in fields such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, CAD, or FEA.
- An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- A readiness to learn new methods, an ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and the skill to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
