Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service professional to provide excellent support to clients in the renewable energy industry. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, educating them on sustainable solutions and ensuring a seamless service experience from your location in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to renewable energy products and services.
- Assist customers with account information, service inquiries, and technical support for renewable energy solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy options and assist them in selecting suitable solutions.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and streamline service delivery.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and industry regulations.
- Document customer interactions meticulously to support service improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy or environmental sector.
