Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for a role within the automotive sector. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about cars and committed to providing excellent support to Dutch-speaking clients in a dynamic, remote environment based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and general automotive inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range, services, and promotions.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and potential service improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
