Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service professional to provide outstanding support to clients in the healthcare sector. This remote role involves assisting Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, resolving their inquiries with empathy, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare products, services, and account management.
- Guide customers through obtaining information, including appointment scheduling and product details.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Maintain understanding of healthcare regulations and services to provide precise information.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Compassionate and understanding attitude towards customer needs in a healthcare context.
