What You'll Do
- Perform data entry and maintain organized spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Manage email communications—respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.
- Assist with quote requests, vendor communications, and basic purchasing coordination.
- Support day-to-day operations with various administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure records and documents are properly managed, updated, and accessible.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
