Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel arrangements through phone, email, and chat in Dutch. - Support customers in navigating the Booking.com platform and addressing any encountered challenges. - Deliver comprehensive information about accommodations, services, and local attractions to elevate customer experience. - Address customer complaints and obstacles efficiently, guaranteeing satisfaction. - Record all customer interactions precisely within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Partner with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Maintain current knowledge of company policies and travel industry developments to provide accurate assistance.
