About the Position As a Technical Integration Specialist, you'll support customers in optimizing their website and mobile application search experiences through strategic service integration. Your core responsibilities include: • Engaging with customers to comprehend their specific technical integration requirements and objectives. • Delivering expert guidance on API integration and leveraging open source libraries. • Supporting customers in diagnosing and resolving integration complexities alongside Customer Success teams. • Serving as a critical communication conduit between customers and technical resources to ensure seamless integration processes. • Delivering timely, precise responses to customer inquiries and monitoring integration performance. • Maintaining comprehensive understanding of product offerings to effectively address technical questions. • Documenting customer interactions, identifying recurring issues, and developing solution strategies. • Contributing to and maintaining integration documentation for customer and internal team resources.
