Responsibilities - Generate and sustain project financial documentation, encompassing budgets, projections, and real-time figures - Examine and evaluate project expenditures, ensuring precision and budget compliance - Compile monthly project financial statements and variance investigations - Monitor project expenses and deliver comprehensive cost analyses to project leadership - Evaluate and process project-related invoicing and transaction settlements - Engage with project teams to address financial challenges and propose cost optimization strategies - Support project budgeting and forecasting initiatives - Maintain alignment with organizational protocols, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements - Execute month-end and annual financial closure procedures, including reconciliations and accrual management - Provide supplementary support to finance team through supplemental reporting and analytical tasks Requirements - Bachelor's qualification in Accounting or associated discipline - Demonstrated professional experience as Project Accountant or comparable position - Comprehensive understanding of project accounting methodologies and practices - Advanced proficiency with accounting platforms and Microsoft Office applications - Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-resolution capabilities - Rigorous commitment to precision and quality - Capacity for independent operational execution and deadline management - Outstanding communication and interpersonal engagement skills - Preferential consideration for real estate/property management industry background
