Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Mortgage Broker Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support for a Commercial Mortgage Broker. The role encompasses managing critical documentation processes, handling application paperwork, and facilitating seamless communication. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, precise document management skills, and advanced proficiency with Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Process, evaluate, and systematically organize commercial mortgage application documentation
Maintain comprehensive and current client file systems and documentation records
Support document collection efforts from clients and external parties
Manage communication channels, schedule coordination, and stakeholder interactions
Utilize Excel for pipeline tracking, client information management, data organization, and reporting
Validate document completeness, regulatory compliance, and accuracy
Execute administrative duties supporting the Mortgage Broker's operational workflow
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage or document processing environments
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (advanced formulas, spreadsheet management, data entry)
Exceptional precision and meticulousness
Superior written and verbal communication competencies
Background in real estate, lending, or mortgage processing sectors
Comprehensive understanding of loan documentation and mortgage-related paperwork
