Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent/Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote role based in Greece, combining client service with talent acquisition for our Dutch-speaking clientele.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct recruitment activities by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates.
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs to connect them with the right talent effectively.
- Manage customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and find suitable candidates.
- Document customer inquiries and recruitment processes accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in both customer service and recruitment to enhance your skills and contributions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Willingness to embrace the opportunity of remote work based in Greece.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service and recruitment is highly valued.
- English proficiency is a plus.
