Illumina is looking for a Multiomics Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across the Middle East region. In this role, you will promote Illumina's comprehensive suite of multiomics products and services to academic institutions, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, and healthcare organizations.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver the multiomic commercial sales budget for the Middle East.
- Develop and implement a strategic three-year plan for the multiomics business within the commercial segment.
- Expand and nurture the network of service providers dedicated to the newly launched Proteomics product.
- Educate the commercial sales team and channel partners on the multiomics value proposition.
- Partner with multiomics companies who use Illumina NGS for read out.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on multiomics and PGx to help them achieve their scientific objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in multiomics to shape effective sales strategies.
- Actively work with PAMs, TAMs, and sales specialists to develop KOL and key sites to meet budget commitments.
- Focus on Middle East Key accounts (UAE, KSA, Qatar as cluster 1) and secure Multi-omics customer success.
- Identify and assess sales leads, cultivate new business prospects, and develop robust relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations and consultative discussions to demonstrate the value of integrated multiomics.
- Collaborate with Specialists, Territory Account Managers (TAMs), and District Sales Managers (DSMs) to align on strategic territory plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and service and support to ensure alignment.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Develop new revenue streams for multiomic products within the commercial and LNGI segments.
- Work closely with the partnerships team to develop and commercialize new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records on SFDC.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive new business and account management sales experience.
- Strong background in multiomics technologies (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenetics, and proteomics).
- Typically requires extensive related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or considerable related experience and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with some related experience; or equivalent experience.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with Specialists, Territory Account Managers (TAMs), District Sales Managers (DSMs), PAMs, TAMs, and cross-functional teams.
