Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Provide empathetic support by addressing phone queries and resolving service issues efficiently
- Accurately record customer questions, requests, and feedback in the customer service database
- Use open-ended questions, support materials, and system knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues
- Suggest solutions for recurring issues or frequently asked questions based on established guidelines
