Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Customer Advisor to join our team supporting NIKON products. You will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring an excellent experience by addressing their needs and promoting continuous service improvement.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Answer inquiries regarding NIKON's product offerings, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on NIKON products and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Collect and report customer feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve knowledge of products and service techniques.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in utilizing customer service software and tools.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing customer needs effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or a similar role.
- A genuine interest in photography and familiarity with NIKON products.
