Requirements
- Over a decade of professional experience in relevant domains
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and frameworks
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial Auto, General Liability, Inland Marine, and Package insurance products
- Proven hands-on experience with Duck Creek Technologies platforms
- Capable of delivering system demonstrations during project reviews
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including document formatting, fields, and properties
- Skilled at conveying information clearly to client business stakeholders
- Maintains open lines of communication with business units, team leads, and IT personnel
- Has supported executive management teams in prior roles
- Thrives in team settings while also demonstrating self-motivation
- Able to work remotely with reliable availability and responsiveness
- Deep familiarity with US property and casualty insurance practices
- Experience implementing insurance products within enterprise systems
- Skilled in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
- Conducts thorough gap analysis between current and desired states
- Designs functional solutions and system configurations to meet business needs
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with DCT ISO standards is advantageous
- Prior experience working in Agile environments
- Experience using JIRA for project or issue tracking
