Job Summary
Accountable for comprehensive management of dual product portfolio. Spearheads and implements strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and planning frameworks. Coordinates communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Develops programmatic calendars, serves as primary organizational interface, and supports diverse program activities. Conducts comprehensive analysis of dual program elements, providing critical updates to product leadership, organizational stakeholders, and external partners. Responsibilities include creating project plans, executive summary presentations, and specialized deliverables. Identifies and escalates potential challenges, recommending strategic solutions. Provides leadership and support to team members.
Essential Functions
- Supports program requirements under product leadership direction, coordinating and monitoring standard and specialized dual product initiatives
- Responsible for understanding dual contracts and facilitating cross-functional team comprehension of critical product considerations
- Identify potential programmatic risks, challenges, and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize operational impact
- Monitor program progression and proactively address deviations from established plans or timelines
- Manages program communications, supports comprehensive review of dual program materials, and serves as primary liaison ensuring internal and external awareness of product initiatives
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Related Field required; Master's Degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years professional program management experience
- Demonstrated cross-functional team collaboration expertise
- Preferred experience with Dual plans, Medicaid, or Medicare programs
- Preferred experience presenting to external stakeholders like regulators and advocacy groups
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exceptional oral and written communication capabilities
- Ability to deliver presentations across diverse audience segments
- Proficient in meeting facilitation and workgroup management
- Superior organizational skills, detail-orientation, independent work capacity, multitask management, deadline adherence
