Coles Group is looking for a Dry Goods Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our grocery department. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for this key area of the store, ensuring it is exceptionally presented and engaging for customers, team, and community.

What You'll Do

Have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the grocery department.
Lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
Energise your team to deliver with pride.
Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Direct leadership experience.
Ability to look ahead and energise your team.

Team & Environment
