Journey Beyond is looking for passionate and professional Darwin-based Driver Guides to join Outback Spirit Tours for the 2026 touring season. You will deliver unforgettable luxury small-group adventure journeys through Australia's most breathtaking and remote regions, focusing on the Top End. Your role is central to creating exceptional guest experiences and storytelling in spectacular landscapes.
What You'll Do
- Deliver premium small-group travel experiences in remote and iconic landscapes of the Northern Territory.
- Explore spectacular landscapes, connect with communities, and create lifelong memories for guests.
- Work confidently in remote environments and adapt to seasonal conditions.
What We're Looking For
- A Medium Rigid Licence or higher.
- A Commercial Passenger Vehicle Endorsement.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification valid within 12 months.
- A Food Handling Certificate.
- Required guiding accreditations for Kakadu National Park.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Nice to Have
- Previous on-road touring experience highly regarded.
